There are many other states that need to be held accountable as well.
In fact, many of these crimes may not be federal at all. They are likely war crimes and should be handled via Military Tribunals.

Maybe the DOJ can go after the prosecutors for federal crimes like bribery, extortion or fraud but this requires the governor to execute the pardon.

Tina Peters was convicted under a state judicial system, GEOTUS can't issue pardons for that. Hopefully he and others in his administration are putting massive pressure on Colorado behind the scenes to put an end to this lawfare bullshit against her. They should threaten to remove all federal funding from Colorado if Tina isn't quickly released and the illegal verdict expunged from her record.

POTUS, can not pardon, as tina was charged with state crimes… she must first go through the process of appeals up to the state Supreme Court. When that is exhausted, she may petition the Supreme Court. First through rit of certiorari, and if picked up, proves that her constitutional rights were violated by being wrongfully charged and imprisonment. Only then can her conviction be overturned. Trump can, however, as some have already stated, apply pressure to the governor of Colorado to have her sentence commuted or pardoned
Accepting a pardon is akin to admitting guilt. I'd prefer the judge be arrested and charged with constitutional violations wherein Kash Patel and Pam Bondi can take care of the rest. Then, have her case go before an appeals court where it's thrown out. She can then file against the state of Colorado for malicious prosecution and get compensated for her lost time, legal fees, etc.
