.. grab clean, empty ice cube trays. A standard ice cube tray should hold one cracked egg per slot. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over each cracked egg, cover the tray securely with plastic wrap, and stash in your freezer on a flat surface until they are frozen solid. At this point, you can pop them out, place them in an airtight plastic bag that is labeled with what they are and the date.
Egg yolks have a tendency thicken and change texture when frozen, and the salt helps prevent that.
When properly stored, frozen eggs can last up to a year in the freezer. But, they will taste best if consumed within four months of the day you freeze them.
I wonder what would happen if instead of storing them in an airtight plastic bag, you put them in a vacuum sealed bag if you could get several years out of it?
Is it a business costco? Lots of businesses buy from there, a diner requires a lot of eggs weekly. My local costco isn't the business version but it's still full of people buying for businesses because it's all we have.
I've heard that restaurants and bakeries can't get eggs from their regular suppliers, or they are too expensive from the suppliers, so they're going to Costco or Costco Business first thing in the morning.
Human Action Economics.
In my opinion, I don't mind small business trying to get a supply of eggs. It's hard enough to maintain a business these days, without the governments stealing all their profit and killing off their supply chains.
I bought some at Walmart, some at Costco and some from Amazon. #10 cans Argason Farms - bought about 3 or 4 years ago preparing for surviving Joe's America!
I too have total faith that things will get brighter.
For me, I intend to keep up with storing ( not hoarding) food for at least a year between the stuff the deep state has been spraying on our soil and water, the killing of chickens and injecting of our livestock, I believe food will take a while to be safe again. I prefer to donate money to our local food bank so they can get what they need.
I've been using organic dehydrated eggs for baking and scrambles - they store for 10 years and are good for one year after opening can, they taste great. I save my $7.00 a dozen eggs for hard boiled or frying.
uhhh... why?
Eggs can only last 3-5 weeks.. possibly 6-8 but that's pushing it
anyway, i added a 'these people are stupid' flair and im open to challenges on it.

My guess is they work at, or own restaurant/food truck.
Exactly

Sitting here cozy with my 4 little hens. Two just started laying after a couple months winter break.

Shenanigans!
Engineered chaos. And the folks sharing this are contributing to the operation.
I got my dozen. Plenty to go around. Don't act like idiots.
look up storing eggs long term, shelf stable, in large mason jars with lime. It works and we have had some for a year or so. No refrigeration.
My wife eats a lot of eggs, better keep her out of Costco... kek
They need to limit it one per customer

Do you think it's safe to donate everything to a food pantry now? The future sure feels brighter. This is Trump's America.

Where can I purchase the organic dehydrated eggs?
Try freeze dried eggs from beprepared.com.
Eggs haven't been big sellers at my local Wang-Mart. They're too expensive.
Glass the eggs. Or get a few chickens.
