These judges rule to give the leftist false hope. Trump will ignore them and all these changes and digging will continue. Meanwhile the ignorant among us will believe the judges ruling is keeping them safe. They only have the power we give them. I say give them absolutely nothing.
They are doing everything they can to delay so that they can set up the resistance. They now have a feel for what they need to do.
I also think shutting down the government works in the rats favor. Some of the rats have already publicly remarked they will try to do this. I have always been in favor of government shutdowns. But not this time. Shut down the government and you shut down DOGE, shut down Trumps agenda and the momentum we now have.
But, would a shutdown really stop Gov employees who work for FREE? Shutdowns stop all the $$$ to agencies- hubs was CBP, lives thru a shutdown, he had to report to work with no pay-- essential agency. We got a letter we could give to our creditors...thankfully, we were a 2 income household at the time.
Doesn't Elon work for free?
And then there's the biggie, Recess Appointments....
Slowly, people are waking up and understanding basic government requirements and responsibilities. Long lost in our education system (on purpose?)
Its a grand thing to see the multitudes wake up and see what our founding fathers were building for God and humanity!!!
It is exceedingly difficult to remove an Article III Judge. Only eight in our history have ever been removed. The mechanism is impeachment and it must be for 'high crimes and misdemeanors'. There have been attempts to argue that the 'Good Behavior' clause precludes this but with little success.
In 1804 Jeffersonian Republicans tried to have the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court impeached. They argued he was a partisan who ruled in an "arbitrary, oppressive and unjust manner". Looking over the case it seems like exactly what we are facing now with these rat Judges. It failed.
So if it were my call I would ignore this obviously partisan and illegal order and tell this Judge he can come and enforce it. With the mechanisms of enforcement firmly in MAGA hands, and the legislature in Republican hands guarding against attack from that angle, I think you can risk it.
And of course you have a large and quickly growing majority of Americans standing behind you and a now toothless propaganda machine.
Of course it will all have to be adjudicated whether you comply or ignore but at least if you ignore it you can continue to work while it winds its way through the courts. If you comply you could be sidelined til the end of President Trumps term. This will undoubtedly end up with SCOTUS either way.
In the meantime, Id bring impeachment charges against this Judge. I think there are 'high crimes and misdemeanors' here that have been committed. This Judge has aligned himself with an ongoing criminal enterprise that includes foreign adversaries in an outright attack on the People of the United States. By the end of all this Americans will be intimately familiar with the RICO statutes and conspiracy to commit treason/sedition.
But then I am not a lawyer. So /shrug.
We really need to find a mechanism to deal with this Judicial overreach. Our Judiciary is polluted with partisan criminal traitors. Impeachment or waiting them to retire simply isnt enough.
I agree. I dont know what powers a Judge may retain while under impeachment. Do they continue to hear cases? Or are they sidelined until the process is complete? Ill have to look that up.
We have plenty of means to remove bad judges, and they do not depend on government. As the source of power delegated to government, and as they masters of government, we have the right to remove a tyrannical judge, representative, or any other person in government when the violate their oath to the Constitution, commit crimes in their official capacity, or betray the people they work for. We do not need government to do it, especially when that government has been corrupted against us.
“Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness of the people; and not for profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, the people alone have an incontestable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to institute government; and to reform, alter, or totally change the same, when their protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness require it.” ~ John Adams (1735-1826) Founding Father, 2nd US President

Article 10
As I said the other day, Trump should issue preemptive pardons to the entire DOGE team and then they do what they want. Biden backed the Democrats into a corner already, it's time to take advantage of it
The judicial branch has no legislative powers. The judges usurp the power of Congress by issuing orders under color of law. The Department of Justice under President Trump must issue a Writ of Quo Warranto to each judge for proof of authority to legislate their orders as law.
An Article III Judge has no power to interfere with the Executives Article II powers. It involves Separation of Powers. George is just giving us a precedent for ignoring these orders using Andrew Jackson as the example. He could have also used Abraham Lincoln. Both ignored illegal orders by Article III Judges. he is not offering legal opinion. The choice is President Trumps. We do find ourselves in remarkably similar circumstance to Lincoln. I think that would have been a better example to use.
the judges do not have jurisdiction, everyone knows it's judicial overreach, and violates article II
Did you say, FULL Andrew Jackson?
Well... let's get that central bank out of here...
YEP!
Absolutely!!
Lincoln ignored judicial overreach during the Civil War and tried to have the CJSCOTUS arrested over the suspension of the writ of habeas corpus. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taney_Arrest_Warrant

Haven't read link yet, but didn't Lincoln suspend Habis Corpus?
Lincoln also put journalist in jail, and took away a states rights.
That’s what the link was about. CJ Taney and Pres. Lincoln both tried to exert federal powers on each other over this issue.
A civil war is quite a national emergency
Thank you BWC!
Agree 💯 ... you're welcome Horseman! 🥂
I liked when the Federal Judge tried saying the Secretary of the Treasury was banned from seeing the Treasury Department finances.

Nope, I am 100% against a shutdown this time.

Nope let it go to the Supreme Court, that’s really the end game.

Congrats on hitting the proverbial nail on the head!!! Judicial has no enforcement power, that belongs to executive.
Agreed wolfe!
Slowly, people are waking up and understanding basic government requirements and responsibilities. Long lost in our education system (on purpose?) Its a grand thing to see the multitudes wake up and see what our founding fathers were building for God and humanity!!!
Absolutely, on purpose.... we're easier to control if we're ignorant of the workings of a Constitutional Republic.
The dipshit judge was in a rotating temp position. The regular returning judge Vargas will squash this I hope.

No matter how hard it is they need to tie him up in the process until he vacated from the bench one way or the other.

Please do.
That will give them yet another impeachment excuse.
Like they don't already just make up excuses?
Separation of powers
If Pedo Peter can ignore a SCOTUS ruling, Trump can ignore an obviously unconstitutional lower court order.
As I said the other day, Trump should issue preemptive pardons to the entire DOGE team and then they do what they want. Biden backed the Democrats into a corner already, it's time to take advantage of it

WWJD. What Would Jackson Do?
Absolutely correct.
Daddy, 'DO THE ROAR".
I hope this is true, but is George P. giving us his expert legal opinion, or just his regular guy personal opinion.
In quick view I did not see any legal stuff backing his statement up.
