I think everyone missed the significance of Elon in the Oval office with President Trump and his son.. you're looking at 3 generations.. this is significant because it's a reminder DOGE is not just uncovering the corruption for this generation but many more to follow.

I saw the interview earlier with a longer segment. Trump asked Elon to address what DOGE was doing.
Some of those comments are not too far off, though. Why is Elon preaching to us about our democracy? Get the fuck back to work and stop trying to be President from behind the Resolute Desk. For real... Elon... you're not my Pres. You are not his voice. Conduct your own press interviews out of your own office. This was embarrassing. I am running out of excuses to tell the people in the middle that this is not what it looks like.

Pretty sure he was there because an EO was being signed that connected to DOGE. Elon is basically the director of DOGE. Heads it up. So that’s why he was there. As far as I know, that’s the first time he’s been in the oval, answering questions, since Trump was elected. I could be wrong tho.
