the amount of healing time for a male to cut his privates off is astounding. why would the military accept this kind of shit in the first place? i remember my Uncle being dismissed from the army for a heart murmur, even people with flat feet were not allowed to serve. but now it's Ok to allow mentally ill people into the military and let them have these surgeries, paid for by our tax dollars and they can't serve for years until they are "healed"??
male to female surgery requires a lot of medical attention for years, not just a day or a week. so we pay not only for these lunatics surgeries, but we need to pay them while they cannot be on active duty as well???? plus "they" have to plunge their new hole daily to keep it from closing. it's completely disgusting and NOT in our national interest to have these kinds of people in the military. it's quite sickening.

When I was in, 1983-1989, we were under the don't ask don't tell policy. You don't ask somebody if they're gay and you sure as hell didn't tell anybody you were gay unless you wanted to get discharged from the service real quick. That's right, gays were not allowed to be in the military. We ll knew who was gay anyway and we didn't have to ask them to find out. We could already tell by their mannerisms that they were gay. Most of us didn't care in the least anyway. Another thing that would get you discharged real quick was any kind of medication for mental illness. Antidepressants were totally illegal at the time.
