They are all going to lose their collective rear ends by flooding the market with overpriced homes. Without that free USAID money, no one will be buying these overpriced houses.
My sister lives in Springfield VA and I asked her today if she has seen an uptick in home sales. She said she hasn't noticed any in her area but that doesn't mean they aren't selling elsewhere around the region.
The map seems to check out. It shows Capitol Hill neighborhoods have many homes for sale. There are lots of properties in Northwest for sale. Not much happening in Northeast. It would be interesting to see Chevy Chase too, but it's farther north than the map shows.

Here is where the real meat n' 'potatas lie....
Edit: what kind of job does a person have to afford a $60M house? Hmmm.. an employee of USAID, perhaps?

The only reason I asked her is there is a carpool station in her neighborhood.
This is sure to affect the prices. imo
Could these sales also tie to all the resignations and the buyout acceptances?
I BID $12 FOR ALL OF THEM!
Where are they going
