They're not. They don't want them either. Ukraine has been the planet's fuck bag since 1908. Nothing but biolabs and mafia running trafficking, etc. Why would EU enter into a monetary, and military safety system called NATO with them?
The EU is putting him out there to sell the idea. Brussels has quietly wanted its own EU military for a while now.
Always everyone else's life and money as he gets richer and richer from our tax dollars. He is a parasite that is getting flushed but keeps a tentacle attached, hoping for more. It's over, he just hasn't figured it our yet.
