There are only 1.2 million people in all of Saskatchewan and about half of those are natives. I guarantee you they would not agree to that.

I don't disagree with the locals bitching about the U.S. and their local government after they were simply left to be burned down with no fire department response, military response, FEMA response, no water, no internet, no cellular service for days or weeks...
