Let's see: According to Zerohedge, the USAID budget is 50 billion annually. Now just to put that into perspective, 50 billion is 50000000000. That's 50 thousand millions.

So we "give away" the equivalent 3.75 aircraft carriers every year out of pure generosity for all sorts of kind deeds. Or in other words, we get swindled out of 3.75 aircraft carriers every year.
I think many would need ok with "kind deeds" add usually AID isn't given unless there is benefit of some sort that returns.
However; most of us suspect a fair chunk off this money is returning back to corrupt politicians and beuracrats
After all this “wasting” money is thrashed out we all (we meaning the American Taxpayer and our leaders) need to have a serious conversation about forcibly taking money from one citizen and giving it to another and calling it “charity”.

Ok, but we have two conflicting rulings from the Federal courts. This one says he can fire everyone, but the other court ruling says he has to pay out the money to the NGO's.
Here's what I don't understand. USAID was created by EO from President Kennedy to combat communism around the world. It was not an agency created by congress. So lawfully, Trump can undo the original EO and dissolve the agency altogether.
How can a court force an agency to continue writing checks to NGO's when the courts have said he can dissolve it altogether?
It's not just about the savings, which will be substantial. It's also about their slow-motion plots to gaslight, undermine, attack, enslave, and mass murder us. These people act like criminals on Batman. But Batman wins in the end.
