I'm reminded of the Joke about three contractors who go the heaven. St Peter asks each one to give him a quote to fix the Gates of Heaven..The Italian says $5000. The Frenchman says $3000 and the Jewish Contractor says $9000. St Peter asks why so Expensive to the Jewish Contractor. He replies $3000 for you, $3000 for me and $3000 for the Frenchman to fix the Gates.

Sooo, as they are building this monstrosity that has gone way over budget and is unfinished, were they getting USAID money for their foundation? Why does it remind me of NewScum's High Speed Railway, that never gets built, but they were always asking for more money. This building is like a fake disabled poster child that they keep asking for donations for his expensive surgeries.
