I'm trying to remember if it was a graham Hancock video... basically, they videoed going into the chamber below, then taking a ladder down to another chamber below that, then there was IIRC another ladder down to a small lake or reservoir below that. It was quite interesting...
I thought the lost Library was in Alexandria...
This is the second post referencing this, and if anything plays into the pyramids are batteries theory.
As ancient Alexandria is now under the sea there is a big hunt to find this library, especially the Tablets of Thoth. They were said to be made of something indestructible and immortal, this is why the hunt goes on, to analyze this material. What they say is secondary to this.

Alexandria is the most well known and public.
But according to various legends, Myth, and Historical writings there were several libraries in Egypt and around the Mediterranean and Middle East.
One of which was maintained by the Priesthood of the city Sais, from which Plato claimed the Athenian Statesman Solon was informed of Atlantis.
But time, changing political climates, conflict, and the emergence of the Abrahamic faiths. Saw them destroyed, hidden by their caretakers, and or purged of anything the newly dominant Abrahamic Religious leaders thought might contradict them. Which in many cases was the entirety of their content.
Which seems to be a running theme anywhere any of the three major Abrahamic faiths show up. Any records, and repositories of knowledge. Along with as many of the caretakers of said knowledge as could be found. Is via various means and methods inevitably put to the sword and torch.
Though to be fair to the Abrahamic faiths. They were far from the only people to engage in the practice. The Hindus, Buddhists, and other assorted faiths did the same thing. The Abrahamic faiths just happened to be some of the most rabidly fanatical in undertaking their purges. While others were comparatively more sloppy.

Can't recall the source, but a researcher on YouTube presented evidence that the ancient city of Atlantis, is actually now above ground and is a desert. He referenced circular canals in ancient records that matched the city in the desert, which also had indications of being an island before a large earthquake. Maybe someone else remembers something about this? I think it's been posted about before.
