I don't really believe any country has a free and open election at this point. I think Canada and Europe have rigged elections especially. I once knew a woman who grew up in the Balkans under communism. She said, everyone secretly thought communism was stupid but no one realized that EVERYONE thought it until after communism fell. Under communism, Everyone BELIEVED that everyone else believed it so they didn't speak up for fear of retribution and a belief they were just outliers. Only after communism fell did people realize the Overton window had been manufactured.

Doubtful. Goiters are usually a swelling of the whole neck, look up pictures and you'll see the difference.
A goiter is thick and wide and not pointy/Binet and it wraps around the front of the neck.
