Unrelated but interesting to share..A few years ago I grew my beard and hair really long during COVID..I could I've written a book called Homeless Like Me. How society treats you differently if they think you're unemployed. As my opinion of Society dropped during COVID, this was an added contempt to the superficiality of Society. There were also people who were Really kind. It was a fun experiment. It left me caring less about what people think about me. A comfort.
I read that book Black Like Me as a freshman in high school. Changed me from racist to realist.
Your point is a good one: people do judge books by their covers...if you want people to think they don't need to take you seriously, dye your hair in the colors of the rainbow, put on a dress over your hairy flat chest, get multiple piercings, and wear a handful of fishing tackle on your face.
I learned much from that book. It had a profound impact on how I saw the World. Apparently they banned it in Schools now. Over the years I've made references to it by saying "Blanc Like Me". Really happy to see a Fren recognize the reference. A Realist is something they don't want us to be.
There is an explanation why we judge at a glance. Its survival instinct, fight or flight, and theres little chance that it ever changes. Same reasons why we segregate ourselves into like individuals. These instincts are honed by millions of years of evolution.
I did this too, last year after my grandfather passed.. I didn't shave or cut my hair for 1 year.. during that time i would run into strangers and they would either cast judgement on me and look down thier noses at me like i was a scumbag.... or some people, maybe 1 in 5, would treat me like i was their long lost brother or something and be 2x as nice as anyone ive ever met.. a surreal experience that taught me how people think. I'm happy that you also noticed the same thing.
I at least thought the woman would be attractive when I saw this article headline and the picture. Then I opened the article, saw the larger picture of them and realized that she was pictured with the men and was a fat hideous pig.
kind of cucked that they all shared the same woman as a 'lover', and she bent them to her twisted will. It cost them their freedom, for sure, and maybe their souls too, who knows.
The Charlie Manson Breakfast Club.
Howls.

There was an experiment done by a mayor in Portland Oregon. You are correct. It was an interesting thing.
If there is more than one man, there’s nothing romantic to boast about.🤷♂️
Shit, I don't even see a woman in these mug shots
I see 5 men and a cow.
Correct. LOL
How in the world these 5 men were involved with one woman and they are not jealous from the others or upset that she is seeing them all. Weird.
When your gene pool gets that small weird shit happens. Welcome to the buckeye state!
They all do look related...
You spelled retarded wrong...
Hey, better not say that. Ashland Dog might bite you. He said she called him but he was out of town. Howls.

Yikes! Rouges gallery has new meaning.

Well they all look like a stable bunch....
That's right.

She knows how to use the woo

I cannot believe anyone would have "romantic relations" with Martina!!! IMHO

Not a single man amongst them. A real man does not obey evil "orders". They might have male genitalia (who knows!) but they are not men.

LOL. What?
