"Natural flavors" can hide a multitude of culinary sins. That said, I'm pleasantly surprised.

Agreed, natural flavors can be literally anything. Petroleum is natural but I don’t want it on my skin, related to this. I remember seeing a list once of most of the natural flavors. I’m thinking it was Food Babe.

Make your own ---- real orange juice with a 10-15% shot of cream
Orange cream-sicles are the best. We like to put a frozen black cherry in the middle. Can't wait for summer to have them again actually.
The Kool Aid packs where you add your own sugar, but use like 1/4 to 1/2 the sugar the package calls for. Still tastes good unless you've been habituated to way too much sugar.
I pray for the day sugar and chocolate taste terrible to me. Changed my diet over a year but the weakness rates its ugly heat. Although I can’t eat a hot dog or ketchup because it tastes sweet
I've been mostly sugar-sober for a few years. I did drink an entire Coke the other day. Probably my first one in 9 or 10 months. It was amazing! :D I also passed when the hardware shop offered me and my kid some candy. It's much easier to say no the first time than the second.
Good for you👏 My birthday is tomorrow and we are going out town. Come Monday I’m going to attempt to eat only eggs, butter and beef. That part is easy for me. The hard part is that overwhelming urge to have just one bite of anything sweet. I’ve never been a big coffee drinker until the past year, it’s definitely not on carnivore diet! At first I started drinking it because it took away the cravings. I think my body is used to it and I’m craving more. It’s also hormone related. Anyway I’ll be back on the wagon Monday.

When I was a child, also about 10 years ago, these were in clear packages & filled with dye. It was a quintessential part of childhood summers.
Any idea when this changed, or is this just a secondary product that is produced to give choice?
No idea where my wife got them & she can't remember either. Said she got them over a month ago.
Definately a much healthier option... Still packed with sugar from the fruit juice, but far better than high fructose con syrup & artificial dyes.
Yeah, Costco has been selling these for a few years now. You can still get the original at walmart and other smaller grocery stores as of last summer.
Personally we don't like the taste of these new ones. They need to work on the formula.
I don't mind the original as a once in a while treat. If they go after them, they'd better take other pop-sicles, kool-aid, most candy, soda, etc away as well. I guess it's nice they have the 'healthy' ones as an option.

it's crap. zero nutritional value. ingredients are listed in order of largest % first. assuming they even care about the quality of the water used, apple juice from concentrate is terrible, sugar no bueno, and all the other stuff junk. in fairness though at least it's mostly all recognizable ingredients
I was amazed that it had improved. Still not a good food, but I would take this over the regular ones.
Natural flavors is a gamble but I’d be more concerned with the amount of sugar. I’m not an expert, not sure if this good or bad. At least it doesn’t have dye! I don’t know if that’s a lot. 10g appears to the apple juice in addition to 3g. Guess it depends on how much a person would eat. No judgement here, been there. I did a quick search, check several sources I didn’t read the entire content. According to several online conversation sites 4 grams of sugar equals 1 teaspoon.

Are you using a VPN? It is hilarious & sometimes frustrating to see ads for shops in states 3-6 states away (thousand + miles).
Also depending on the VPN I have used, I get weird ads.
I forget which free ones I have used (some bear & another that I don't recall from 6+ years ago), but I get WAY more porn & cheating on your spouse type ads over time when I have used some of the free ones. I don't seem to get that with the paid ones I have used. It may have been specific server's locations/IP address that were hit with lots of the same requests.
No I’ve never used a VPN. I don’t trust them. About ten years ago when the fire stick came out & people were jail breaking them there was one that got caught spying on the customers. I don’t get ads like you mentioned, thank God. The ads are useless something I’ve searched like dress, shoes, curtain, dish washer or anything. I really don’t mind those ads because I find things I’ve searching. My husband and I will ads and the other was searching, maybe because we are on same ip address. I get a lot of porn spam. I don’t read or open them. When deleting the spam folder I see the subject.

u/MidnightToker this may clear it up for you too. Agreed we done need government to ban popcicles, though I am interested to see truth come out about what is really poisoning us that everyone can agree with.
Someone else let me know it has been around for a while & is carried at Costco. The dyed stuff is at Walmart still.
