I'm so sorry. We have a former friend that has gone the same direction, and I know it's a helpless feeling. Praying for them doesn't seem enough, does it?
I'm sorry, fren. I'll be agreeing in prayer with u/summerstormAK for your friend and those who love him. If you would like, I pray on Tuesdays over at scored.co/c/Christianity, and I can mention it there, as well.
Regan pulled the plug on the asylums. Maybe there were reasons for it back then, but the system should have been reformed and not shut down. I used to see the vans relase the insane on market street in San Francisco late at night. It was awful to watch because every one of those guys needed help. These days lots of homeless are just drug addicts but back in the early 90's they were mostly mental and needed help but there was nowhere for them to go.
My older sister was like that. Diagnosed as a schizophrenic, refused to take meds for it, everybody else was crazy, she heard voices, changed voices when she spoke etc. We finally got her off the streets years later. She was actually a National Honor student in HS. Her life ended so sadly.
End MK-Ultra, arrest the Luciferian pedophiles, clean up our toxic food supply, air, water, lighting, pharmaceuticals, media, and Hollywood, stop hiring trannies to teach kindergarten, and our need for mental hospitals will go way down.
We need to be building mental health hospitals as quickly as possible.
At least 10 in every state, double that for blue states.

I thought it was Carter who started closing down state hospitals ? No ?

Correct...🙏🤍
Cheaper to give them Fenbendazole and Ivermectin.
Ban birth control and the water supply will heal
If that doesn't work a lobotomy is still cheaper than institutionalization.
One could say that also about a shot in the back of the head with a 9mm. So, moral depravity is better than benevolence?

This may be a good use for all the newly-surplus federal buildings?
