I believe that the British commonwealth is now the American commonwealth.
"I believe that the British commonwealth is now the American commonwealth."
...howls...
Nah. Missing the big picture here. Trump has always advocated America-first time and time again. Every one of his policies thus far reflects that. So he’s not just gonna turn around and decide to become a lesser or equal partner in “the commonwealth” - especially to a country that got its a$$ handed to it a couple of centuries ago. America is a hegemon. Any Trump’s “musing” should be taken with a grain of salt by now as trolls/triggers value for keeping the Left preoccupied. C’mon folks.
Having said that. Any ‘special relationship’ borne out of both World Wars, especially, was not out of love or kindred spirit for the Brits (see 1776) but at the behest of powerful Zionist interest on both sides of the Atlantic. a lot of great research in this article, I lean toward this as showing how the USA cooperated and worked with the British fighting Germany then Japan, furthering the British Establishment’s goals.
The “How” would have been through bankers and politicians, and northern jurisdiction Scottish Rite versus Southern Jurisdiction, leading into creation of the Round Table Groups, Pilgrim Society, and Rothschild City of London banks working through operatives and lending. B’nai Brith /Adl, Civil War Times.
But I agree, great article find very informative!

This is a great article that basically connects all the dots of the US and UK’s post WWII relationship. I’ve read some of this before but fascinating and well done for all the dots to be exposed in one article. Good find Ash!

I noticed during the rollout of the Iraq War that Great Britain and the USA seemed to be attached at the hip for no good reason and it pissed me off. It's been the same ever since. Hopefully it's starting to change now.
" Hopefully it's starting to change now."
...perhaps, but not necessarily for the better...
Reading a book call a man called intrepid. Hitler is quoted in that book referring to and treating the U.S.A. as a British colony.

...great book, normally I do not enjoy adaptations of books to film, but in this case, the film did not stray too far from the source material....

This TV miniseries aired in 1979 and is based on the book of the same name by William Stevenson, which is a partly fictionalized account of the real-life exploits of Sir William Stephenson, a British businessman who coordinated espionage efforts for the Allies during World War II.
