The order itself goes against the constitution.
Trump is drawing out the corrupt judges one by one. They hate Trump so much and they are so controlled that they pit themselves against the Constitution. Let's see how that works out for them.
Someone needs to explain to me how halting funds to cities that are blatantly in violation federal law is unconstitutional.
Let's not forget that Barry cut federal funding to states that would not allow mentally ill men to use women's restrooms and that was fine, according to federal judges.

Orders don't mean crap if you can't back them up. He has overstepped his authority just like the rest of those political leftist judges.
How exactly does that work? "Here, get your checkbook out and sit down. You MUST write a check to this sanctuary city." Seems like it might be a bit hard to enforce.

Sanctuary cities have already demonstrated a certainty of harm. Which is NOT irreparable. You fix it by eliminating the wanton ignorance of duly enacted laws. Forcing states/cities to FOLLOW THE LAW is not "irreparable harm".
