Mine is really mild but my son is still struggling so I am going to give it a whirl and see what happens. I'm doing 1 tsp twice a day. It's kinda gross but not too bad. I am sure I stink and just can't smell it but a girl's gotta do what she's gotta do.
I'm only two days in. I thought it subsided totally for awhile yesterday but not 100 percent sure. Went into a quiet room and couldn't hear it at all. Came back. But that was the first break in the constant really mild buzzing in my left ear that I have had for months. I will keep you all posted.

Have you tried rubbing it inside your ear, maybe with a q-tip? I don't know if that would work, but I've used DMSO topically with some success.
I think our tinnitus is auditory nerve related. I did try an ear drop recipe briefly, but I think it's a brain thing.
Interesting; I just ordered some DMSO in roll-on, gel, and liquid. The liquid & gel 99.995%. My primary objective was to try it for my greyhound who has a mast cell tumor on her leg. She went through a $$$ stelfonta treatment that appeared to work, but then about 5/6 months later came back. Also put her thru first course of panacur (fenbenbazole) because the mast cell proliferation can be caused by parasites. I’m thinking the DMSO may well do the trick; we will see.
All that said, I have been experiencing (sometimes severe, but constant) tinnitus for about the last 2 years. Didn’t realize it could treat tinnitus. The last time it pretty much subsided was when I quit smoking (within about 3 days) before a surgery. Tells me they’re putting extra crap in the cancer sticks (the vaxes are not the sole vector of the evil overlords’ fuckery. I should just quit and try some DMSO when it arrives. I am taking 1 tsp twice a day in around 1/2 cup of diet cranberry juice and I bought it on Amazon. Nature's gift is the brand and I got the 8 fluid oz bottle 99.9% pure. I have read a number of books about it most recently DMSO handbook for Doctors by Archie H Scott. Seemed like 1tsp twice a day is a pretty common dose and I opted for oral ingestion because we are pretty sure we both have tinnitus from auditory nerve damage, which is more of a brain than an ear thing.
I took 2 dropper full 3 times a day for 3 months and it cured many things but not my tinnitus.

From what I have been told from Medical examiners is your high pitched frequency damage to the inner ear (me working a career in jet aircraft) has been replaced by the sound your hearing (Tinnitus) coming from your brain. Every expert states it is irreparable. I will be following this thread and hope it works for you. I would love to make mine quiet!
It is technically irreparable because it's nerve damage. But the DMSO conspiracy theory is that some nerve damage is actually repairable.

Nerves will repair themselves. Lots of evidence. But it does take more time than other healing.
I wouldn't use a q-tip as DMSO will eat through anything that's synthetic like latex gloves. Not only that but your body will also absorb the synthetic materials like latex into your body.
Try to use 100% natural materials like horse hair brush or natural brush if you are applying across a large area.
