I wonder how many of these sealed indictments name citizens who are being accused of acting as enemy combatants who are thus liable under military jurisdiction. I assume they will need to prove that to the judge’s satisfaction in each case unless there is some sort of RICO/enemy combatant hybrid approach they can use.

I think the bigger picture is the corrupt judges need to be exposed and vanquished first. Otherwise any unsealing like Kash talked about a few weeks ago would be a complete waste of time.

470th Military Intelligence Brigade
The Brigade consists of:
🟢 312th Military Intelligence Battalion
🟢 717th Military Intelligence Battalion
🟢 377th Military Intelligence Battalion (Army Reserve)
Typically a Battalion consists of 400 - 1,000 soldiers.
A brigade is 2,000 - 8,000 soldiers.
