Likely not all of it is stupidity as it seems the DS/cabal/swamp/neocons are tryjng ANYTHING and EVERYTHING to generate fear, foment discontent, create division and instigate violence/retaliation.
Fortunately, nothing's worked (primarily because there are enough people who are awake to their schemes and see their tricks for what they really are). Nevertheless, that's "all they have", so they keep trying (and are becoming increasingly more and more desperate, careless, obvious and ridiculous).
The democrats are repeatedly screaming the sky is falling and you will be crushed. Over time, each lie will be proven to be a lie. That will happen over and over making their believability go even further into the toilet.
In 2025, US farmers are eligible for a $10 billion emergency commodity assistance program (ECAP) to address losses from the 2024 crop year. Applications for this program are accepted from March 19 to August 15, 2025. Additionally, the Farm Bill extension, which was approved in November 2024, gives Congress more time to finalize a new farm bill.Â
There are a number of moving pieces. But none of them are subsidies. One piece is by increasing the supply. The Bidan administration was artificially decreasing the supply. A big piece is the reduction of money for nothing. The primary cause of inflation. A large part of DOGE operations. Tariffs on the other hand are less than 1% extra cost on the economy. Imports are 11% compared to our GDP. Tariffs will end up a little over 10% overall. But the US will feel very little of the cost because the seller will typically have to eat the costs because we the buyer are in the power position. Protection tariffs do increase prices, but they are a very small impact on the final price of the product.
Prices for everything/eggs are down. Gas is 1.89.
It is self evident that things aren't more expensive than they used to be. Everyone has more money and it is like they are mad about it. lol
Not seeing it where I am. Gas still $3.19 today, eggs still $4/doz for garden variety (cheapest) white eggs. Maybe since I am in a small town and we are captive grocery buyers, the local groceries are keeping the prices high and enjoying their higher profit until they are forced to decrease.
Small towns are replete with this kind of fleecing of their communities. Big city is where it's at for cheap eggs and gas.
also, that isnt why your groceries are expensive. Also, they wont be forced to decrease. People will be forced to work harder for more money to buy groceries with.
So many experts, so stupid.

Yet there are so many chicken Littles still out there believing the lie every single time.
How is trump able to lower prices by executive fiat? This isn't a free market, subsidies are criminal.

Or maybe intentionally misleading people?
MSM didn't realize the tariffs are charged based on the wholesale price and not the extra the importers add for their own profits.
No, Karen. That jacket that retails at $400 doesn't cost $800 now due to tariffs.
Guess they forgot God gave them brain's to think and reason stuff out.

Doesn't stop the average jackass from blaming the tariffs for anything they find remotely expensive.
I wonder what they'll credit for fixing the economy when prices come down?
Prices came down weeks ago. Gas at 1.89. Eggs are cheap. All groceries are cheaper. ncswic

Tell it to Rand Paul.
