Gather up the squatters and ship them to Portland, Oregon and tell them the benefits along the way. Free housing, food, health care, transportation, schooling, clothes and everything else you may need or want on behalf of the taxpayer.
one thing to consider and maybe I am wrong. Government needs to be smaller and the people need to be bigger. Maybe a couple other countries are closer to this theory I have. At some point people will organize for their families and children. When this happens we will see people just becoming missing. In the USA this is why our Constitution needs to be retaught to EVEN those who identify as LEO's.
if one is on Private Property they should be given an olive branch to be allowed to leave (this is meek and with humility) -IF- they refuse to leave. Well the meek shall inherit the earth.

They know. I actually talked to them and offered them food especially the young kids. They came from all over.
