Also it would seem that a sinus flushing nasal irrigator is going to be necessary, squeeze bottle flush not adequate. What unit is the best to buy?

Just a heads up, ivermectin paste rubbed inside the nose like Vicks is effective
Since I moved to the pollen Capitol of the world, I had a sinus infection every spring and fall. Since I began using Invermectin as a prophylactic, haven't had one.
I use Xlear. It’s over the counter and my chiropractor recommended using it. It helps quite a bit and my sinus infections are far and few now.
Yes, it is good.
I use this as well. Active ingredient is grapefruit seed extract (other brands are similar). You can make your own if you dare. Note that “homemade HCQ” is concentrated boiled grapefruits and lemons in distilled water: 3:1:2, 3 grapefruits, 1 lemon, boiled for 2 hours, then store in glass.
Somebody isn't drinking enough water.
The Alkalizing Effects of Apple Cider Vinegar

It sounds odd but, vinegar does have an alkalizing effect when you consume it.
Apple cider vinegar does, other types of vinegar do not.
Organic ACV available in supplement form if you are unable to process it by drinking it.
I believe there is a movie about the “coverup” of natural health remedies (possibly soft disclosure) called ‘Apple Cider Vinegar’; name of movie appears to make zero sense unless you know about the healing benefits of ACV.
There are a few things I have done that really help.
Silver/edta spray
DMSO is a universal solvent and breaks down biofilm barriers to help cancer drugs or Lyme treatments work.
Nebulize hydrogen peroxide. Make sure to use saline and hydrogen peroxide in the exact proportions indicated. Amazon has a ton of nebulizers; and saline as well as food grade hydrogen peroxide (get the correct %.)
You can find the protocol all over the internet. But Mercola has the best description and description for this and many other things. IDK how to get the Mercola article without giving him your email address. Great health advice from this site.

Also- Just get a simple neti-pot and salt for the same and learn how to irrigate sinuses with that.
Tried a saline nasal spray? It clears stuffy noses and expands the nasal cavity by shrinking membranes. Some over the counter nasal sprays do say do not use for more than 3 days, I did one time exceed the three days because I didn’t read the label, ended up with nasal infection. Doc gave me Z pack and it cleared it right up.
