The one that ran was still alive. He was shot a second time. Every single day there are videos of young boys, elderly men, disabled, being attacked in streets, dragged out of homes, schools, churches, stores, beaten to a pulp. Some don’t make it to the meat grinder- they are just left where they have died. And those 6,000 dead Ukrainians that Russians been storing in cold rooms - refused. Why? Because those who have lost loved ones have to claim the body. What if there is no body? Then the American taxpayer do not have to pay the grieving relatives a cash amount.
