I remember when they opened a Bar S in the town I used to live in. A lot of poorer people were looking forward to working their. None of them got jobs,they brought in Mexicans from elsewhere. They then drove up the price of rentals in town,fuking over the people twice.

Glenn Valley should be fined for hiring illegals.
The ones that really need put in jail are the ones in our government that were letting them come into our country.
Maybe the “deal” is turning them in behind the scenes and they get to operate with an all American staff with no penalties.

I'm just speculating. The main goal is to get the invaders out. There's also a chance these people were fudging their credentials and a business is going to be like welp, everything checks out especially if we're paying them jack shit.

I no longer eat at Five Guys because their prices are so high but one of their two local stores has one non-hispanic worker. The McDonalds in another nearby town now has no one who speaks enough English to take an order or understand a question. I could go on and on with this. My point is I'm looking forward to the day when all these restaurants have good old American teenagers back at work. Upshot of this is expect soon to have ordering kiosks replace all the these people and then robot assembly lines replacing the cooks?

that's the way they want it. COVID was the death blow to small business/restaurants. Went after cash transactions, then rolled out PPE crap. They want the world to look like a sea of Walmarts targets, etc so they have complete control of who works there and what is sold.

Target may have gotten rid of or moved their children's pride displays but I still see more man buns with noodle arms and technicolor hair there per capita than anywhere. I only go there for the spices and their frozen vegetables, which are excellent.
I worked all throughout my HS days. Some of the privileged few wouldn’t and some played demanding sports but it kept me out of major trouble and with money for a car and gas.
And I tracked minimum wage and the price of a six back of regular beer. It was a six pack an hour, always. Not sure now because I don’t buy beer anymore but it always held true.
I worked all through high school too at the grill at a People's Drug Store (now CVS.) I didn't buy beer but I was able to buy my own clothes rather than my mother's (bless her heart) idea of what cool teenagers would wear.

I am tired of listening the same crap, even my sister says all the time, “people don’t want to work here” I am tired of telling her illegals can’t be here (I sent her the article). They are getting benefits housing and all those sort of things; she sees I am struggling, I don’t have house or benefits in my job, I am under contract, the county schools, they are doing the same. We need to get them out of here. That’s why our cost of living is super high and salaries are low and no benefits no housing only taxes and taxes no money to save.
