Which makes sense; AFAIK, that's exactly how it's supposed to work; take out the enemies radar / defensive / offensive measures BEFORE you send your big, expensive, slow & less maneuverable bombers in to do the heavy destruction.
To put it another way; I can't imagine a scenario where we'd send our B-2's into even SLIGHTLY contested airspace. Not worth the risk.

And no surprise that the Iranian command-and-control system is probably severely damaged, hindering any damage assessment, deliberation over what to do, and execution of any plan. Living in the real world depends on them being real. You are the person who throws all the history and science books out of the library. When you do that, you are left with ignorance. And you say things like "everyone is lying." Which would include you.
It's a case of "So what?" If you can't pick them up on radar or establish a firing solution, it makes no difference. The transponder position error & interval is not good enough for target engagement. It's not clear if they shut down the transponder return for the actual target run and resumed it afterward.

Stealth had to do with why no shots were fired at them coming in or going out.
Stealth had nothing to do with Iranian retaliatory actions.
