Amen. The Democrats have been handing out green cards left and right to anyone who wants one. Hell, they are giving "work permits to 7-year-olds when they come here. 7-year-olds!!! Why does a 7-year-old need a work permit? We abolished child labor. This way there are no issues when they become an adult and start pumping out their own anchor babies. And yes, nearly ALL Dominican women are pregnant before they turn 20! Hazleton, PA, in the 70's was 99.9 % white. It is now 66% Dominican and the entire town looks like a 3rd world country. Trump NEEDS to go back to the last amnesty and revoke all the green cards and the citizenship of their welfare children.
So, does that mean individual states can challenge the EO on an individual basis? I guess we will see an explosion in population transfers to sanctuary states in the near future until SCOTUS settles the issue once and for all.
This affects hundreds of anchor babies per day! The mother is instantly eligible for welfare. There were 17 births in the hospital my sone was born the same day. The nurse said all the other births were Mexican women.
Forgive my ignorance, if the father is a US citizen and the baby’s mother is not and is born somewhere else, is it still a US citizen?
Edit: they are unmarried
How can green card holders give citizenship to their babies, when they themselves are not citizens?
Because Democrats need voters and murderers, that's the only reason.

So sad to hear that about Hazleton. Lived there a short time in the 70's. Nice place back then.
What about all the millions of previous anchor babies?
Hopefully they go with their parrents when we deport them.
Then the Congress would need to be refilled
Revoke their citizenship and deport them all, along with all the ones that became "Naturalized."
ya, he got the date wrong. should have been feb 19 2021
1921 should cover them all
Good, no more pregnant women trafficking and anchor baby excuses.

They'll just go to the states that allow it. This needs to be all 50 and revoked going back 40 years
back dated.
challenge it and we take it back to the first term
wat?
u/#wtf
What a misleading title.

As someone posted on X—pregnant women will just go to one of the states that allows it, and the result would be as it was before this date.

As long as one parent is a US citizen, their child is a US citizen, at least born in USA. That has always been my understanding of citizenship laws.
Sorry... don't know
