I knew a dentist that owned 5 practices that was busted for trafficking drugs. He ended up serving several years in a Federal pen. He threw away his career to make some quick money being a transit go between - or so he thought. Greed makes people stupid.
When he got out of jail he tried to get his license back but the Nevada State licensing board basically told him - not in this lifetime. He simply moved to another state and was able to get licensed there. Arizona doesn't seem to care.

I also knew of a newly minted dentist that was busted for providing N2O for college frat parties. His career didn't last long.
