Missourians have Eric Schmitt and Andrew Bailey to thank for this. The former Attorney General now US Senator Schmitt and current Missouri AG Bailey. We have some excellent litigators in the bullpen.

This isn't winning. China was just the second step in the design of this bio weapon. The money and brains to develop it came from right here in the US. Our tax money financed this crap. This is like busting a lowly street dealer and not going after the king pin running the drug trafficking operation.
Imagine every state doing this. Hope Florida follows.
Great. Now I hope a successful lawsuits in every state, follow, and that as the cases are won, families receive settlements large enough to help rebuild quality of life. No lawsuit can replace the lives lost and damaged and hearts broken. But settlements can assuage hardship.

It actually should be used to buy back the farmland that china has purchased notably near military installations.
They will use that land to help pay the judgment it said.
I want the cash. The farmers walked away with a boatload of cash and they retired in style. I had to endure face masks, standing six feet away from somebody and other stupid nonsense. Give it to the people and just place imminent domain on the farm lands and sell it off to the highest bidder.
When they pay the judgment, the state can do what they want with the money. Contact your state reps.

This may be the way to get CHINA to name the companies, governments and individuals responsible for Covid.
If China is facing $20 Billion in seized assets from Missouri... and $20 Billion from Kansas... and $80 Billion from Texas, etc... before long, we're talking about $1 Trillion is seized assets from China for Covid damages.
That is... unless China wants to share the blame amongst co-conspirators who may bear at least 1/2 responsibility.
That might be the best way to get all the evidence needed against U.S. colleges, against U.S. corporations and European businesses or elites that were trying to create and release the Covid virus on the world. China has all the info... so squeeze them until the juice starts dripping.
