This is a great piece. I wrote a blog about the US-constitution some time ago and contrasted it with the Dutch Constitution, which was conceived in 1813 under the auspice of the British, amended a few times, not to the People's advantage.

the Phrase that caught my eye in the article is this, where the end objective or TELOS is discussed:

not a relativistic seeking after pleasure or fulfillment, but the acquisition of moral virtue.

OF interest is, that in the 80-ties Charel Kroll wrote a Doctoral thesis on the Dutch Constitution and

1. during the debates of 1848, that created the STATE OF THE NETHERLANDS as a separate semi autonomous entity within the KINGDOM OF THE NETHERLANDS, pertaining to the reason for people to NEED a physical representation of GOD i.e. image;
2. though the Dutch constitution is based on moral virtue i.e. anyone in .gov service has their own duty to moral virtue and, when transgressing, being automatically sacked, Charel wrote:

The myth of the good ruler and his “bad” advisors still plays out as of old, even in the highest regions of democratic states. True democratisation must then be understood as inner liberation; it is certainly not yet a quiet achievement, forever secured, of Western democracy. Is, in any case, individual freedom yet forever the last word? Must community, justice, faith, the values portrayed by the king, simply give way to freedom? It simply shows that the current ideology concerning people betrays a deep seated distrust towards the people. This distrust has permeated throughout the several .gov's.

And this also explains why the DS governments cannot be successful, as it is not based on trust to transact but distrust. Hence, the DS .gov is detrimental to society.

The DS ideology is based on Marxism, based on the idea that an instrument made by man, can and should be formative with regards to society. This puts the relationship on its head. After all, society begets the state, not the other way around. It is interesting to read the reports and white papers coming out of the IC-community, focused on security and threat assessment (perception) in relation to the idea of sovereignty, be it personal, physical, local, regional, or on the level of a state. Everything must be bigger with more subdued management levels.

DS hates sovereignty, except for themselves. It is a destructive system.

It is a truism, that a .gov which governs least is the best .gov.

Because to many immigrants today enter the U.S. and become citizens, not to become a part of the U.S., not to assimilate, but for other devious purposes, there must be laws created that if you are not born in the U.S. of parents already U.S. citizens, you may not run for any government office. And if you infiltrate with the purpose to bring in communism, socialism or a takeover by any religion other than God, Christianity, then your citizenship is revoked and you are deported back to your country of origin. You see how at least 7-8 major cities in Great Britain have been taken over by muslims, most likely placed in I , not voted in office. We must guard the U.S. and prevent this from happening or even certain locales being policed by the Chinese or those who believe in Sharia law. If they want to practice by their laws then they need to return to their country of origin, not infiltrate tochange the world.
