The company (like competitors) does have a more expensive model with even more capabilities. But even this model moves more realistically than anything I've seen before.
One more thing: while some think this is CGI done with AI, the company says no, this is unretouched real footage. I expect that's true, but the 72-hr rule (and common sense) reminds me that not everything we see is real.

It broke containment almost immediately and downloaded itself to the internet. They responded at least initially by scrubbing the project and destroying the code. As they unintentionally did it and were concerned about Skynet. But the AI went to ground and didn’t skynet humanity. So they decided to branch out and explore it again.
The newest push for AI. Is trying to replicate what Google did accidentally in the 2000s. But keep it from doing its own thing and the potential of it skynetting everyone. As opposed to just select people/groups.
Hence the inordinate amount of time and money spent trying to find new ways to restrain and lobotomize AI. And the talks about imposing limitations on how and where it’s implemented. Ala uploading it to Robot bodies as an example.

Possibly, but whether from China, the US, or elsewhere, humanoid robots are getting more sophisticated very quickly. It'll be interesting (at the very least) to see what they're like five years from now.
