Slightly off topic but I learned today that NY was sabotaging prisons by only allowing contractors licences to install/maintain the infrastructure if they had at least 5 successful installs on their resume. But no way to get those first installs without the license.
Our prisons were about to rot due to lack of companies able to service them. But Trump fixed that with one of his executive orders
