The 10th Mountain Division is mentioned in Q posts.
West Virginia, South Carolina and Ohio are all sending NG troops. The 10th Mountain Division Light Infantry (LI) is a joint team of soldiers, airmen, civilians and regional partners based at Fort Drum, NY.

Agreed. But W VA Nat'l Guard (i.e., the mountaineers) is contributing to the DC deployment. But as you said, they shouldn't be confused with 10th Mountain Division. Definitely not the same.
