Amazing what polite form can accomplish. At work meetings, the environment is often a jungle, but I just calmly and conspicuously raise my hand, and eventually the hubbub settles down from embarrassment and I get recognized to speak. Afterward, someone would come up and say, "You didn't really need to raise your hand." And I would look at them and say, "Actually, it seems I needed to." People don't like to admit they had lost the manners they were taught in 4th grade.
Yeah I think we have a couple people who have created accounts just to keep us from feeling unanimous. We can just observe the number like -2 and mentally calibrate to allow for a couple hater accounts as a sign we’re getting somewhere!
I like his approach of "ignoring the fringe" because the fringe could be a non-existent strawman that derails productive discourse. It's like the label "MAGA extremist" which is all but worthless since it is just as likely to refer to an undercover agent as it is an average citizen.
There was a legit , facist "far right" back when Trump was running for his first term, and lasted for a little after. They were legit white nationalists, but they're not very visible anymore. It was probably a tiny fraction of the whole maga movement back then, but it's the only people msm focused on.
Thank you for linking this. I enjoyed the whole show. Very entertaining and informative! Now I have a new show to watch. Ana has matured a lot since her craziness over on TYT. It's great to see people slowly 'wake up.' And now I have a huge crush on Amy lol
I am finding Ana’s perspective to be refreshing. She’s very reasonable - significantly more reasonable than I expected. I don’t agree with her on everything, but I’ve certainly nuanced some of my views because of her.
Sadly, so very rare these days, but this is the way: The fact is, almost everyone has a valid point to make. The problem is, fighting to have that point heard is often a battle of trying to rise above the other.
Evil always tries to create fracture, division, conflict. Recognizing other's points and offering a broader context for reflection can be extremely powerful.
Nice job the K-man. (Should really implement this as a principle in such forums. Raise your hand to be heard, and let the moderator give you the floor.)
I cannot help thinking how, being quite convinced of the Satanic nature of communism my entire adult life (a conviction that remains in place), I was nominally 'conservative' in my outlook, and thought the 'conservative' party of politics in my country were a lot better than the leftists, who were obviously advancing the mentality and ideology of communism, even if in disguised form
A long time ago, I used to think how the notions that the CIA in the US was doing evil, running guns and drugs, etc, were communist propaganda, designed to destroy the American base, etc. As for the big corporations, well, essentially, not really evil per se, and just a neutral force, some good some not so good.
But evil has used the us vs them dialectic since forever. I find it reasonable that so many leftists are highly critical of the corporations now, the greed culture, exploitative culture, etc. They are right. It doesn't mean that the solutions they imagine are the right ones, or the ideological weaponization of their thought is a good thing, but, they have a point.
And this is true in so many cases.
When we can cross the artificially generated 'divide', to recognize other perspectives and help to incorporate them into a wider, more accurate and more effective vision, we begin to undermine the us vs them dynamic.
I suspect this approach is fundamental to DJT's deal making style. He wants win-wins. Genuinely.
Yeah, I too had the same wool pulled over for my eyes, for far too long. My beliefs mirror yours completely. Funny isn’t it, like we were programmed. I do think Trump is healing the divide, the media is pushing the narrative even harder so that the normies won’t wake up.
It's articulate well spoken gentlemen like this that keep me from being racist.
When people articulate in that manner, it doesn't matter race, color, or creed, they have my respect.
Amen!
So you only respect those who seem to be well-educated. Not a big selection there. What about a less-well educated person? Run roughshod over them??
Brilliant!!!

I absolutely LOVE Kaizen, have followed him for a couple years. Always gracious, always brings the goods, always on point.
Me too, he's knowledgeable and articulates his points very well.
Some Nick Fuentes fan has applied down-dootage to wholesome Christpoast and overall good form.

Seethe, satan.

Its ok, I dont need to feel unanimous!
Well on some things we really are.
Thats probably true and the opportunity to know is being taken. I get your point!
Where is this far right he condemns?

I have to say Devin Stack at Blackpilled has a point.
He was just a panelist on Her Take (part of the PBD/Valuetainment universe).

Oh, and Amy is adorable.
You can also see her often on the unusual suspects - also part of the Valuetainment family of podcasts. It’s more tinfoil.

This^ is how we win.
