Looks like this is about budget for the Cabal, NASA being one of the sources, similar to USAID or Kennedy Center or NGOs or the Museums etc. From this point of view, this seems to be chatter about alternate funding sources for the Cabal.

Saying that this object "emits its own light" might indicate that this project might have gotten funded already.

Both the explanations:

"rare fragment from the core of a nearby supernova that is rich in radioactive material"

and

"spacecraft powered by nuclear energy, and the dust emitted from its frontal surface might be from dirt that accumulated on its surface during its interstellar travel."

Indicate that the source of funding is tied to something "radioactive". According to decodingsymbols guy, nuclear comms are about pedo blackmail. One is from a supernova but the other is from a "spacecraft" ? WTF? Are they hoping for some support from their ET/Elohim friends?

This conclusion regarding the two theories:

Loeb deemed the former explanation "highly unlikely," and the latter as requiring "better evidence to be viable." is even more crazy. They are saying that this being a spacecraft is higher possibility than somme natural object.

If I have to hazard a guess, I would say that this might be linked to Project Blue Beam - but perhaps the aliens wont be fake.

Yes Radioactive material tends to be code for explosive dirt - AKA something like Epstein files.

The debate about whether it is a (manned?) spacecraft, or a natural phenomenon, is possibly the difference between official declass + courts; versus rumors/book publications, whistleblower-to-press type situations - which could be deemed more 'organic'.

Plus the signal is that the object is 'more likely' a spacecraft, means that we are gwan the official route.
