From my knothole of decades of exposure to classified material, I have to wonder if there is some kind of failure of the transfer receipt system, or its complete avoidance. Unauthorized possession is, simply, theft. And there is little credible motive that does not lead back to a foreign power, which is espionage outright.

I'd like to think that all these charges and indictments are simply storm warnings to prepare the people for what's coming, and for the DS players to either seek shelter or to rage against the storm - to expose their guilt to the people. And, ultimately, that the storm is just over the horizon and we've seen nothing yet.

Still hoping and praying justice will be served up and no one gets left behind.
