Can everyone here really afford to eat beef - never mind filet mignon on the daily?
I started eating beets for the nitric oxide; and certainly not for the taste, if you don’t have much red meat in your diet. Nellie’s jars have salt as the only added preservative, around 2.16$ buys you 3 days, that’s still ~262$ in beet supplement per year. Or … what, one week of eating filets?
No debt though, and never again.
I eat NY strip steak daily and sometimes switch it up with chicken, bacon, eggs
Yep, it's a carnivore diet. Anyone who is curious about it, Kerry has a great channel explaining plenty and interviews w/ Dr Chafee, other testimonies.
AND I JUST GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL for having a "heart condition" AND the tests that ran the gamut of being a pin cushion to doing the Tread Mill. The idiots didn't believe me that I could run for one minute on their stupid treadmill. I did it and my heart rate was the same as a 45 year old man. I'm 74!!!!!!!
I hate Treadmills... I can run fine on the Road, but that stupid mechanical thing just drains my energy, Its not even close to a natural run in nature. And I must add, that as I live in the Tropics since 20 years, I´m not used to wear any shoes, my feet changed as I am allways barefoot.
understand... ACV sorta does "cook" the meat overnight... My problem seems to be the fat. I can eat pork loin, if I get rid of all the fat before cooking. I usually cut one inch steaks out of it and do it on a grill without any seed oil in the marinade.
I do not believe it has to do with Pork at all. just look at these numbers of pork consumption in Germany p/Person per Year.
1970s: 110.7 lbs
1980s: 128.1 lbs
in those decades Germans where not obese nor sick.
2024 they halved Pork consumption, and are sicker.
SPOILER ALERT: filet mignon, fried eggs, and guacamole
those eggs are cooked, fren...
The downvote was a vegan lol.
I think it's someone who can't afford filet mignon
I love filet mignon!

Juicing beets are a great way to consume them. Add some apple, carrot and celery to the juice and enjoy.
Highly likely an angry civil servant who will never be a woman.

Looks like a carnivore diet, to me.
since I found out about my diabetes, its filet mignon almost every day. downside is, my stomach cant handle fatty pork anymore, wich I loved.
Same - although can still eat bacon!

Good job fren! Food is magic - for example watermelon and pomegranites very good for clearing arteries. Research the pharma they insist you need.
