Sandy Hook - sure were a number of the so called families winning the lottery after this (crazy stuff when you dig into it)
Uvalde, TX - not sure if it was "fake" but it was coordinated by FBI (how did the dude get the $$$ weapons and his $$$ pickup to begin with?) and the blocking of basically everything afterwards really screams of cover-up. I'm not 100% on any of them though - either direction fake or real.
I personally think we have experienced a lot of theater in the last couple of decades. The mere fact that the drugs/meds the shooters are taking that always seems to miss the first news cycle of the events is pertinent. Couple that with the examples of monumental malfeasance of the responding authorities that adds to that suspicion. There's more going on here. Question is if it is ever going to be called out for exactly what it really is.

So my answer to your question is that all of them are fake to a degree. Where it stops and starts is a difficult question to answer without being in the thick of it, but that they were staged is certain.
I think last few years after Sandy Hoax and maybe couple others back then, the shootings are certainly mostly staged and still qualify as false flags but I think they learned from Sandy Hook to involve real people and have their patsy probably actually kill
