So sad. This implies that the shooter was a very twisted sick, young man. If this was a professional assassin, I have no real qualms about them being hit by the full force of the law, but if this is a sick, twisted young man, all I can see is another life destroyed by evil.

On the side of law and order we are innocent until proven guilty. So we cannot proclaim they are all guilty to be locked up.
