Why is national news allowed to talk about an "indictment" that hasn't happened yet and is a "fluid" situation?
For this one it kind of makes sense. The 5 year statue of limitations ends in like a week or so? Meaning based on that alone either the DOJ indicts or lets him walk for lying to congress.
Other charges like treason which have no statue of limitations could be levied at any time, but obviously much harder to prove. I know we have it ALL tho
I hope someone is still going to indict him for inciting political violence. His 86-47 is even more troubling in light of the rash of political violence from his side.
