A better question would be what qualifies her to sit on the US Supreme Court? The USSC is there to uphold the law according to the Constitution. I doubt Brown has ever read it.

As much as I like your idea, I think Biden's Presidency will stand. Only because Biden needed to be installed by the white hats to show how bad the dems actually were. The real issue with the use of the autopen by the Biden administration is whether he was even aware of whatever actions bear his signature. If not, how can it be argued that anything done in that time was legal.
I've always held onto the idea that because he was never the legitimate president, all of his appointments go into the round file of historical nullification as well.
The autopen situation is so absurd but it is time to reverse everything that did not meet the rules for usage. I always thought she was a DEI hire, not stupid but not terribly smart either.
