Leave it shut down until every crooked member of Congress including staff, every crooked federal judge and magistrate, every crooked employee of the administration, including elected, appointed, and civil service, are indicted, tried, convicted, and sentenced! Does that cover everything?

Take advantage of the shutdown for mental health. National parks have free entry and require no pass (until govt. opens).
Leave 4 types of things intact, social security, medicare, the park systems, and the military.
