The hospital systems are going to pot. LabCorp is signing on with them and it’s very bad. When LabCorp takes over, they fire everyone Ian’s hire people off the street at low wages to handle specimens. They do not have a medical background and a lot of specimens go missing or incorrectly sent to other sections in the lab.
Some people can be taught and they do very well, but we have an extreme high turnover. Directors salaries are profit based, and they also have productivity bonuses. This means you can cut the staff in half and we still have to do the work because productivity will go higher and the directors get more money.
