Here's an idea: PAY those who don't want to work and can't afford children to NOT have children. Give them food, weed and a place to live. Hold them accountable for any crimes. It actually would cost a lot less in the long run than the current setup and would resolve much of the problem in a few generations. Those that want kids can still do so, only they won't be funded by others.
Cool that’s the Church’s job. I have seen countless videos on Instagram of people specifically of a certain race exploiting this system. And this guy is targeting the parents. Some women particularly black women run a whole grift by getting knocked up by random men and collecting welfare. These people contribute nothing to society.
Real empathy is tough love and holding people accountable for their choices in life. Not enabling a cycle of poverty installed by the worst President in history LBJ.
We are such a shit show because a large part of the system whether it’s abortion or the gibs is about not letting people face the consequences of their actions.
Real empathy is asking peoples situation and trying to help not just cutting off millons. I help a food bank they are already running out of food constantly. I can't donate more without my kids going hungry but I will be crying with hungry parent and kids next week. Republicans who don't care are a big problem.
That can’t happen. We’re supposed to ask 42 million people their situation? Let me guess most of these people have their nails and hair done etc. I see it all the time on social media. Always bitching with no shame about how they are gonna rob Walmart while they have make up on.
Fixing the country takes cracking some eggs to make an omelette. And yeah we have to hold people accountable both big and small.
Stop blaming the Republicans the Democrats shut down the government.
You’re free to keep it, as I don’t accept the disgust.
Nobody said there shouldn’t be care applied or grace applied to bad decisions, or if someone else did, I didn’t notice it.
What was stated in the meme, and which I phrased more politely, is that having children outside of marriage - in general, but certainly not as a means of income and profit - should not be encouraged. Outright shunning is probably too far, but discouragement of it, beyond merely not encouraging it, is good.
Charity for failures should be private, whether through an organization, church, or family. Men should be encouraged to take up responsibility where they have failed. Women should be encouraged to take up a yoke for their children where they failed. Other failures of loving kindness can also be overcome.
Public charity organizations were previously used to break up the family systems of entire regions beginning under LBJ and continuing into today, and that we all help fund it disgusts me, so welcome to the club.

I’m no Republican. I’m American, and feeding peoples’ bellies alone — or “enabling” as it could be called in other areas — does not necessarily solve problems … it might even cause them at times. Philadelphia is trying to solve its drug problem by providing clean injection stations. How’s that working out? Would you like me to provide screenshots and video clips of the results?
I spend a good amount of time talking to people as they are waiting in line.
One lady used to make and sell food with her food stamps. She got in trouble and can't get food stamps for years. She is getting skinny not having enough to eat. She lives for free with a guy who hurts her. She has a couple kids. I was helping her apply for work but she hasn't had a job in ten years and doesn't have a car. I would be surprised if she gets anything.
Most of our clients get most of their food from food stamps now they will all be scrambling like her. I am mad as hell at all the politicians that made this happen.
Also single mother are stigmatized. Living off benefits isn't some great reward. They are mostly broke. The ones that aren't are cheating the system, generally not in smart ways, they often get caught.
The problem is multivariant, and has regularly gotten worse under the current solution structure. Everything is connected. It is good to expand your thinking.
The EBT-class doesn't care. Having a litter of kids is the hustle. You can't reason with them or try to meet them at an intellectual level.
Those people are enabled by the true parasites: Politicians.

100%
Can't breed 'em if they're NOT HERE.
DEPORT!!
Exactly.
Beautiful but the system is actually designed to encourage it, sadly.
Disgusting I like to feed hungry kids not insult them
Is not the children being insulted

Pwn, you're 100% correct. Well said.

Biblically, if a man wasn’t able to provide a house and ability to sustain, he was not supposed to get married.
If someone wasn’t married, they were not to have children.
The government incentivizes women to have children outside of marriage so that they can get free food and money.
Now why do they encourage that, while also disincentivizing work, property ownership, morality, and other good things?
The truck’s bumper sticker is discouraging that behavior, which used to be highly disallowed by society at large.
It doesn't even require religious backing. It's simply common sense.
It doesn’t, but Christians have also forgotten about what I noted, among many other things.
Literally there are millions of homes with absent fathers.
Literally there are tons of people who are in physically abusive relationships.
If everyone was wise did things right there would be very few needs for charity.
But we live in the real world where teens make mistakes.
Yes unwed mothers used to often go hungry. If you want to go back to that, that you and very callus. And I am disgusted by you.
You’re free to keep it, as I don’t accept the disgust.

I spend some time in food backs boxing up food.
