Therefore, if an attorney makes a legal argument that does NOT include the real law, as it is written, but rather what he WANTS the law to be (what it "should" say in his mind), and does not bring up the true legal issue, and if the judge goes along with it, then we get bad legal outcomes in court cases, due to ignorance or intentional misrepresenting the law.
