I know that creeped out feeling of hearing that... it reminds me of a disturbing episode I had in Rapid City shortly after hearing that many ME people had moved into a part of the city. I was in a drug store and a foreign accent ME guy apprached me flirtatiously. I'm not rude by nature so we had a short convo and when I asked him his name he said "who do you want me to be?" Ugh. And a few months later in a walmart, two young ME guys in black trenchcoats suddenly were walking down an aisle I was in and I fully expected to be part of a headline news report that evening. Genuine fear, and with good reason.
The Muslims claim it's taking away their "right to pursue their religion" or something like that. Only if those calls are above some decibel level could it be prevented, which may have been why it stopped where I used to live.
I would have parked a ways off and kept an eye on him. He may have just been waiting on somebody shopping, but then, may have been there for nefarious reasons. That's why I carry a full-size 45...

I've been in places where they broadcast the Muslim Prayer over loudspeakers and it gives me the willies.
