Declassification of the 2020 election is coming and this will leads to a Trump executive order for securing our election........Democrat party will never win again.
President Trump needs to come out and say "we need to fully automize our election process, and asking for ID is racist". Then we'd see paper ballots and identity and proof of citizenship get enacted in record time.

I hope mail in states have to go back to in person with very limited absentee ballots authorized each time before every election by voters who are disabled or out of the area.

As a WA state native watching mail-in ballots be endlessly counted for a month after election day, I'd love to see this but I'm not convinced Trump's fix will trickle down to state level elections.
When I was in elementary school in the 70's we used Scantron forms.
A Scantron form is a machine-readable answer sheet used for multiple-choice exams, allowing for automated grading through optical mark recognition technology. These forms come in various sizes and configurations to suit different testing needs. Common types include the blue half-sheet (5.5” x 8.5”), which holds 96 items and allows up to five responses , the green full sheet (8.5” x 11”) with 170 items and four score boxes for additional grading categories , and the brown full sheet (8.5” x 11”) with 100 items and up to 10 response options, though it lacks a NetID field. Some forms, like the green full sheet, are designed to support additional scoring components such as essay or lab scores.
He didn't really "instruct" anyone, though. He was simply making some rather good suggestions.
My only issue with the all paper ballots is who is going to count them? And how long is it going to take to count them? Especially if we go to only election day voting, with no early voting and no mail-in ballots, that's a lot of votes to be processed at one time, by hand.
How can we trust the people who will be counting the ballots and how long will it take to count by hand?

You'd also have to get rid of the centralized counting and go back to local precincts and have them counted there, with precincts no larger than 1000 or 1500 people. I think that's one reason why major parties have precinct officers.
The states that refuse to police their vote or actively facilitate fraud in then national elections are violating the civil rights of voters in the clean states. Their fraud nullifies other legitimate vote
