Yep - it is the job of the LEADERS on both sides to know what is being signed - mark it null and void - censure of the ones who put it in there and shut it all dowb again. This is UNACCEPTABLE and a slap in the face.
And take the money back! They shouldn't be allowed to keep one penny of it.
The bill should have provided that all FBI employees involved would be subject to $500k fines and 15 years in prison with no parole. Saddling the taxpayers with $500k payments sucks the big one.
That actually would be one way to get it done right!
