BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: Jack Smith May Have Handed President Trump the Golden Key to Pardon Tina Peters | Joe Hoft
Jack Smith may have just handed President Trump the Golden Key to PARDON Tina Peters. Guest post by Martel Maxim. Jack Smith may have provided President Trump with the legal avenue to pardon Tina Peters. An analysis of the recent release of data from the A...
God I hope so, and really quickly
the article shows how the Byden “administration” officials wanted to prosecute Tina Peters but ended up (to use one of their buzz words) “colluding” with Colorado dept. of [in]justice to prosecute her.
Colorado is clearly torturing her, keeping her cell around 53F at night when she has lung and breathing issues, the warden should be arrested as well as others, and Tina removed into federal custody as a witness.
Pres. Trump cannot pardon her for the state’s wrongful conviction, but the U.S. DOJ can rescue her as 1) she is being tortured in violation of her rights and 2) TinaP. is the most visible prisoner being tortured slowly, but other women are too , and though prisons should not be 5 star hotels, prisons for people who committed lesser crimes should not be torture. Hpw they are treated affects how they will act when their sentences are up.
Crimes of violence require extra security. Wrongdoings of financial nature or other nonviolent category should result in punishment where restitution is made, that way society is no5 footing huge bills for the nonviolent. President Trump can make an address with other Cabinet officials and Senators and Representatives especially women, and show the public how evil and harmful the slow torture of a woman is. This would shift away any focus the Dems would place on Pres. DJT for any political election issues and put the center of attention on the health of women and wrongful torture in the prisons.
As Tina is a mother of a veteran (her son having died in a Navy skydiving parachute accident), a Navy JAG escort of a mix of male and female officers taking her to safety would seem appropriate, along with some based doctors in uniform.
At the very least she is a critical witness in a Federal case under investigation. Taking control of a witness should be easy.
This is a great idea, and should be messaged to the White House...

thanks, it’s sort of an amnesty as you shared, just want to take some of the pressure of from the 2020election steal so that WhiteHats can go full-out on that issue when they see the best opportunity is
This is incredible! Frankly, I think he should give her amnesty, since she committed no crime, but that might be splitting hairs!
He can't give her amnesty because he's federal. She was prosecuted at the state level.
Ahh, that's a fly in the ointment. :P
Pardon is not a good idea but amnesty sounds perfect due to the nature of 2020 election. Colorado is one of the states that liberals took over stealing all the elections, that’s a perfect example to begin arresting all these crooks monsters
She was convicted in a State court under state law. A Federal pardon would not spring her from prison. Bringing a State/Federal RICO case, or a 14th Amendment challenge in light of Griswold's mishandling and making machine passwords available where ballot manipulation could happen could do the trick but may take time. This is the basis of what Tina was convicted on. Equality under the law applies and this then becomes a Federal civil rights matter. USSC could free her on an emergency docket, or Colorado would have throw Griswold into jail for equality's sake. One of the other.
If can't pardon, perhaps could charge her with something and get her in federal custody.
Great idea! Federal crime supersedes state?
She would just have to go back into State Custody after serving her Federal Sentence. I'm not sure what this would accomplish. I think her out is a RICO case against the state under Federal law for unlawful treatment.
Typically yes, though it probably will not negate the states conviction, in this case.
There may be interactions that im not familliar with, such as how the status of a witness affects remaining time on a state conviction.
What I don't understand is why there isn't a federal investigation of the people she literally exposed with her "illegal" actions. Tina actually proved their fraud, and I'm guessing that because she had to go by unconventional means to do so, it can't be used as evidence. That doesn't mean the whole dirty thing ought to be forgotten.
They have to find a way. It's so wrong on so many levels.
Every time they tried to bring an election case, a Judge through it out. For whatever the reason. These cases seem to be untouchable and above the law.
Welcome to communism.
🙏
If she does somehow get pardoned, I hope they whisk her immediately into witness protection because we have seen two J6r deaths after release (one supposed suicide, one shot by a sheriff).
and get her medical treatment. I heard she's very sick :{
Quote Before today, there was ample evidence that the federal government under Biden was involved in the Tina Peters case. There is an argument that if the federal government led the effort, directed it, or was a significant part of the effort to indict and imprison Tina Peters, it would give President Trump the ability to pardon her.
This is most likely the quickest and most viable solution for President Trump's direct involvement. If significant federal involvement could be proved, it would alter the case to have significant federal interest, and he could order her remand into federal custody.
Mistreatment would again be a state issue and would go to someone in the the Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC), who is in charge of prisons there. There would have to be some type of investigation, and that could be covered up or take a lot of time.
I'm familliar with some of our local prisons (not an inmate), and they receive constant complaints from the inmates, even to the cliche of filing a lawsuit for having a dirty spoon. Inmates have nothing better to do, so most complaints are taken with a grain of salt and are either dismissed, or drug out insanely long.
Are we working towards, Where there's a will there's a way? Or as Jesus promised "Nothing is impossible for those that believe"
Ultimately, any way would be fine with me. God works through his people so, for example, if someone in-state is able to petition on her behalf, or her attorney is able to get a reversal, I consider that a win.
If you are saying you'd rather have an Acts 5 Angelic jail break, I'm not apposed to that either, though it would be nice if the charges were addressed too. I'd rather not see anyone end up like Paul, rotting in jail, though I'm not sure she's sending letters to anyone.
Ultimately, belief or not, God's will is what is done. We should be praying it is that she is saved from her imprisonment sooner than later.
Slightly off topic. One of the mysteries of this show is Trump's early statement asking who Jack Smith really is. Last night I watched a documentary about what happened to Hitler's family. Smith looks like the family. The eyes, the hair, the nose. I don't have the equipment even to do a side by side picture. And the beard is a good disguise.
Sigh. Maybe I am just seeing what I want, but Smith does have a haunting familiarity.

If President T pardon her, what happened with the truth of the rigged elections?
🙏
I heard she's very ill, and she's a cancer survivor. I hope POTUS gets her the best medical treatment asap. Pray for Tina Peters.
If you remember, Tina Peter's off ice was raided while she was at Lindell's symposium. The whole thing was a set-up to jail her thus stoking fear into anyone who is courageous enough to take a forensic look at the machines.
