so? bring it on. I hate the taunt of violence. They (not saying you) expect people to cower when they say essentially. --I will see you outside-- some of us are like. OK, let's go outside. Heck some of us will ask do you want rules? boxing, kickboxing, one hand tied behind back?
It has to be some weird programming and I believe we have been slaughtered with "feelings" over "law" and common sense.
always hated it. Not to say I just go out looking for fights either, but one example is just wearing a mask. If they wear a mask I could care less. I might laugh at them, but that is expected. It is when they force their "feelings" onto me and if I do not lick their boots then they puff up and act like they are going to beat me up.
what I do is use words and calmly talk to them but if they are non-stop I will say ok lets go out side.. I do not ever expect to win either. They just can not take it when you do not bow to their BS.
So let them claim trump is leading a coup and let's call them out in our country. sure there will be violence, but these people without the magic of the fake news and propaganda are in large part weaklings, both mentally and physically.
Most do not know the amount of energy exerted in just a 30 second fist fight. if one is eating to much cake, all you have to do is allow them to waste their energy. Just watch out their initial charge is full of rage and most of the fat ones are heavy and let them fall on their own using their own gravity. If they do not fall they will not be able to breath in under a minute.
But they're talking to the military. Not themselves. So unless you're saying that the military, which is almost completely conservative, are also liberals and leftists and democrats who believe Trump is not the rightful president, then what the democrats say doesn't really matter. Is that what you're saying? That our military is overwhelmingly liberal?
Also, I can't recall any of the democrats in question here saying Trump did not legally win the last election. Or anyone else in Congress saying that, actually.
Not liking that he's in office isn't the same thing as saying he's not rightfully the President.
So, this reply is just nonsensical in two different ways.
Remember that the Constitution doesn't say that the ENTIRE judiciary has to be proven to be corrupted before implementing Military Tribunals.
The Constitution says that, where the civil judicial system is non-functioning, Military Tribunals can replace that system. Corruption = non-functioning.
One could show that 46 of the 50 States have functioning judicial systems, and 4 do not. One could show that every major U.S. city has a functioning judiciary except for 6 major cities. One can show that every county in California or Illinois has a functioning judiciary except for 10 counties.
Nothing in the Constitution says that it's all or nothing. Where the civil judicial system is non-functioning, military tribunals may replace that system until it becomes functional.
I'm thinking the timeline has NOT moved BUT the "support functions" have been moved into place for the beginning of next year...The reason why I say this is due to all of the VOTING Machines THAT HAVE TO GONE!!!!! AND then the real clean-up will start taking place and just before the mid-terms...PDJT DROPS THE ATOMIC BOMB ON THE DEMS...and there ain't no place to hide!!!!!!!
I see a lot of brown streaks in the shorts coming into play right about the first or 2nd quarter of the year...OOOOOOH MY!!!!!!
in the sense that civillian courts are unable to meet the community's need to have disputes resolved, then the military can help.
I would go out on a limb and say that threshold could be reached merely by the volume of lawfare (with no need to prove incompetence by any judge). If the Supreme Court is busy cleaning up after activist judges with stupid TDS-inspired rulings, it can't do real work, so the threshold is met.
Especially if the TDS rulings turn out to be part of an insurrection...
Well, Trump has been talking about the SC ruling on tariffs. I’m going to bet they don’t rule in his favor and things go downhill from there until martial law comes into play. But… I also thought Biden wasn’t going to leave office, so it’s quite possible I’m wrong.
There is no reason the SC should rule against The tariffs. Congress has abdicated that role to Presidents for decades. If they have an issue over the economic emergency he declared garbage tariffs, he has other ways to do it.
Great take. I have been thinking that is what the mortgage fraud cases are for. Prove they are dead guilty, case thrown out of court / slap on the wrist consequences... Rigged, Everyone sees it...
Exposing the judges, yes. But I am still gonna say that MIL will not be involved at this point. MIL was the only way from 2020-2024. It will all be organic.
slow is better than stuck in place fren
Well done fren! Now, can you get the normies to this stage!?!
Until their favorite talking head on the network news tells them so, they're never going to buy it.
Just waiting to read the headline "Thousands of sealed indictments transferred to military courts"
Gitmo wasn't added on to for nothing...

Want to updoot, but you’re at 17. ☹️
It's not just you. I always feel it too.
Not at 17 anymore. My only regret is that I have but one updoot to give to your post. 😎
We don't want to Jinx what is going on....CARRY ON!!!!!

And tons of people are going to call it a military coup led by Trump.
Be prepared.

Hence calling for military to not follow orders...soft disclosure!
Ok, people keep leaving out the word "illegal" from that post.
They called for the military to not follow illegal orders. Which is exactly what rhe US Constitution and the UCMJ says. Why is that?
As far as they are concerned President Trump is not the rightful president, so his orders are illegal.
But they're talking to the military. Not themselves. So unless you're saying that the military, which is almost completely conservative, are also liberals and leftists and democrats who believe Trump is not the rightful president, then what the democrats say doesn't really matter. Don't feel bad. I was just figuring this out too.
Yup
I understand that may be the objective but what level of judicial bias/incompetence is required to trigger legal military justice as a replacement?
