Women and girls were left in the ruble of collapsed buildings and not rescued - only the men. They are left to fend for themselves or die. If a woman or a girl is injured, there is no one to help them either get to a hospital, nor are they helped when they arrive with injuries. Sharia law does not permit men to touch a woman unless they are the husband or a close family member. Women are not allowed to work in Afghanistan nor are they allowed to pursue education. Therefore, there are no woman rescue workers or health care providers. Woman in these countries cannot even be classified as second class citizens - some of these Islamic radicals don't believe women are human. I don't see any of those radical feminazis protesting abuses like this against women and children. I guess they are too busy protesting in support of Islam.
